1. Use of Service

ReelScribe is an AI-powered transcription and clipping tool. You may only use it on content you have the legal right to access, transcribe, edit, or repurpose. You are responsible for getting any permission required from the content owner.

2. Your Account

A valid email (verified via one-time code) or Google account is required to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Account sharing is not permitted.

3. Plans & Usage Limits

Each plan (Free, Starter, Pro, Agency) includes a fixed number of transcripts and clips per day and per month, along with a maximum video length, as shown on our Pricing page. Paid plans are one-time payments for the period you choose (monthly or yearly) and do not renew automatically. They are non-refundable once activated, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Content Policy

You may not use ReelScribe to process illegal, hateful, or harmful content, or to violate another person's rights. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms.

5. YouTube Uploads

If you connect a YouTube account, you authorise ReelScribe to use the permissions shown during Google's consent process to connect your channel and upload clips when you choose to do so. You are responsible for the video, title, description, tags, visibility, and audience settings you submit. Only upload content you have the right to publish, and follow YouTube's terms, community guidelines, and applicable copyright rules.

Connecting YouTube does not guarantee that every upload will succeed. YouTube may apply its own limits, review requirements, or restrictions, including limits that affect video visibility. You can disconnect your channel from ReelScribe; you can also revoke access from your Google Account.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep ReelScribe available, but occasional downtime may occur. YouTube and Instagram features depend on third-party services and may be temporarily unavailable or subject to their own restrictions.

7. Termination

You may stop using ReelScribe and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abuse of usage limits, fraudulent payments, or content policy violations. Paid plan time remaining is not refunded on termination for a violation, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

ReelScribe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Transcripts and clips are AI-generated and may contain errors—review them before relying on or publishing them. To the extent permitted by law, ReelScribe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date above when changes are made.
